Conference

A session will bring together computer engineering professors and researchers who have developed scientific work with strong applications in the arts and culture. Their contributions will address topics such as computational creativity, multimedia interaction, digital cultural heritage, sound and music technologies, inclusive systems, and AI-based tools for artistic production and preservation.

A second session will be dedicated to artists whose practice makes extensive use of technology. Particular attention will be given to creative processes increasingly shaped by AI-based tools, generative systems, interactive environments, digital performance, and multimodal media. This session will focus not only on the technological tools involved, but also on how they transform authorship, imagination, performance, and the relationship between artist and machine.

The second day of the conference, participants will be accompanied to the Venice Biennale Arte for a visit to the work presented at the Argentine Pavilion, where CSC-DEI contributed to the technological and artistic development of the installation. This visit will provide a concrete example of the themes addressed during the event: the intersection of research, technology, artistic creation, and international cultural production.
